The board isn't updating
When the live diagram falls behind the conversation.
The board scribe listens to the conversation and draws in the background. A few things to know:
It draws your words, not every word
If a stretch of conversation was mostly the assistant asking and you answering briefly, there may genuinely be nothing new to draw. The scribe only maps substantive points you made.
It batches
The board updates every few messages rather than on every keystroke. Give it a beat after a meaty answer.
Consolidate as a reset
If the board looks cluttered or oddly organized, run consolidate. It redraws the whole map from the full conversation, which also recovers from most glitches.
Genuinely stuck?
Refresh the page first (sessions autosave). If the board is still frozen across sessions, report it and mention your browser. Screenshots help a lot.
